Do I have to use the massage's included in my package each month? Do they expire?
We encourage you to visit at least once a month and on a set schedule if at all possible. Should you not be able to, your monthly paid monthly massage and A.I.S. stretching visits will accumulate until you choose to use them or in one year, whichever comes first.
Do the other included services expire?
Other offerings such as Chi Machine sessions, biofeedback and ionic foot baths expire monthly if not used.
Will my membership rate ever go up?
As long as you remain a member in good standing, the rates for your package will never go up! If you break your commitment, you will need to rejoin at current rates.
Can I share with friends and family?
You are welcome to bring friends and family to join you and they will pay the same low member price. You can not gift your monthly visits to them however, your membership and benefits are exclusive to you.
How will I be billed?
You will be billed automatically on a monthly basis on your credit or debit card. Charges are debited on the 1st of each month. You may also choose to pay in full for the year. As a last option, you can leave us with 12 checks which we will deposit monthly on a regular schedule.
Do I have to set an appointment & schedule in advance?
Absolutely. When ever possible, we encourage you to schedule your monthly appointments well in advance. We understand this may not work for all of you, and that is OK, we simply ask that you try to make the time for yourself when ever possible. To keep our prices low and keep our sanity, if possible, we ask that you schedule all of your appointments 24 hours in advance. Same day appointments may be available, but not encouraged on a regular basis.

How long are the massage appointments?
A one hour appointment consists of 50 minutes massage time, and ten minutes of consultation and dressing time. 90 minute appointment consists of 80 minutes massage time and ten minutes of consultation and dressing time. Please be on time for your appointment as in fairness to everyone we can not extend your appointment due to a late start.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
In keeping with good karma, we never want to hold you prisoner to a contract like your favorite cellular company. Should you ever need to cancel for any reason, we will honor your wishes. 30 days notice is required to cancel a commitment.
How do I freeze my membership?
After 30 days of membership, you may freeze your membership for up to six months. It takes 30 days to freeze a membership. You may freeze it for a period of up to 8 months. After 8 months you will must unfreeze for a minimum of two months.
